Accumulating both a younger and older crowd, Abigail Taylor is a household name for an artist that people feel they can relate to. A fightin' Texas Aggie who writes and performs country songs, all while maintaining her career as a student and leaving her audience wanting more.

At the young age of 8, Abigail's father, one of the biggest influences on her career, taught her how to play guitar.  Her drive has led her to travel all over Texas doing what she loves most, playing country music for country music fans.  Her dedication and hard work is paying off quickly and her passion for country music can be felt through the lyrics of her songs.

Abigail, at her young age, was nominated as Vocalist of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year in the young adult category at the Josie Music Awards in Nashville, TN for the three consecutive years.  She received the honor of performing on the Red Carpet Event at the awards show, an honor that few were bestowed. Abigail continued to wow her fans and the music industry when the Texas Country Music Awards, held at the WIll Rogers Auditorium in October 2018, netted her the Young Adult Artist of the Year. Abigail was then given the opportunity to record and release her newest single, "When I Think of You" in 2020 with Mauldin Productions. She has been a featured artist in the Texas music magazine "Bridge the Beats” and was described as an "up and comer" to keep an eye on in the country music scene, she was a featured artist in the Brenham Banner Press Music Spotlight series in 2018, and received her own article as a country music artist in the Dallas Voyage Magazine in 2020.

In her spare time, Abigail can be found traveling to and fro to Nashville, working on a new record which she is expected to release soon. For the majority. you can find her songwriting, completing schoolwork, spending time with family and friends, or doing normal 21-year-old things.
